What to expect:

• Sharing, expressing & being seen in safe space

• Decompress & find support in community

• Set positive intentions for your week or month ahead

• Sip & Rest in warmth (Blankets, Tea & Coffee provided)

• Relax & Indulge in a Self-Care Activity

and our 2nd will be held,

VIRTUALLY from wherever you are! 🫶 | Sunday, March 29th | 10:15 -11:15 / 30 am

Join us for 1 or both meets this month ~ With open hearts, we listen & don’t judge, and make new friends along the way!
